Every year our employees, assess all companies with which we cooperate on the basis of the quality of services, the product range, the fluency of communication and cooperation and the satisfaction of our customers, in claim settlements. The results of this assessment are directly related to our level of cooperation with these companies and with a score lower than 60%, can lead to a suspension of cooperation and relocation of insurance policies in question.
